Find it cheaper elsewhere...and we'll match the price!

Here at customoid.co.uk we believe in offering the very best in service from start to finish and also the very best in price. As everyone knows you can search the internet and always find a great deal. We think that we already offer the best prices around but in the unlikely event that you find someone cheaper than us let us know and we will match it if we don't beat it!

We will match prices with any other online retailer within the following conditions,

The online shopping web-site where you found the product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock.

The product must be new and not damaged and be identical to our product.

Competitor's offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any), and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price.

Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction web-site. They must not be end of line clearance items, shop-soiled items or similar.

The item must be at standard price and not in a sale/discount or on special offer.

Items purchased on finance are not eligible for our price match policy.

Coupons and promotional codes from a competitor's site may not be used with price matches.

Competitors must be UK-based companies trading in the UK through the Internet.

The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honoured unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.

* We must be able to verify the lower price.

* Our Price Match offer is available only prior to purchase.

* We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion.
